At the Students' Association, we're committed to making sure students don't just respond to change, they help create it.

That's why we're launching our Student Transformation Partner programme, a paid opportunity for students to work alongside the Students' Association, University staff and project teams to shape some of the biggest developments happening across Arden.

As a Student Transformation Partner, you'll be embedded within transformation project from the start, helping to influence decisions, challenge assumptions, share student insight and ensure student experiences remain at the heart of change. Whether the focus is artificial intelligence, digital innovation, curriculum development, or student success, you'll play an active role in shaping the future of Arden.

Ready to make an impact?

We're currently inviting students to register their interest in becoming a Student Transformation Partner.

By registering your interest now, you'll be among the first to hear when applications officially open and receive information about the role, recruitment process and upcoming opportunities to get involved.

Registering your interest doesn't commit you to applying. It simply lets us know you'd like to learn more about the role and how you can contribute to transformation projects that put student voices at the heart of decision-making.

Why get involved?

The Students' Association believes students should be partners in shaping their university experience.

Too often, students are asked for feedback after decisions have already been made. Student Transformation Partners help change that by bringing student perspectives into projects from the beginning, ensuring that lived experience helps inform how ideas are developed, communicated and implemented. We are creating opportunities for students and staff to work together, building solutions that better meet the needs of our student community.

If you have ever thought "there has to be a better way of doing this", this is your chance to be a part of creating that change.
