Governance
Governance refers to the systems, processes, and structures that guide how decisions are made, responsibilities are assigned, and accountability is maintained within an organisation or community. <br><br> In simple terms, governance is about who has the power to make decisions, how those decisions are made, and how everyone involved is held accountable.
