Your Students’ Association are back with another opportunity for you to pose questions directly to the decision makers at the University at the Student Experience Town Hall event.
This event forms part of our ongoing commitment to student engagement and open communication and we encourage all students to attend, contribute, and be part of shaping the future of their university experience.
The session will take place on Thursday 2nd October 2025 and will be hosted online on Zoom. It is designed to foster transparency, accountability, and student-focussed conversation.
The Student Experience Team
The Student Experience team have oversight of the following areas of the University:
- Campus and Distance Learning
- University Student Communications
- Success Coaches
- Peer Mentoring
- Multicultural Hub
- Complaints
- Wellbeing Services
- Attendance and Engagement
- Student Hub
Effectively they look after the majority of the non-academic services at the University.

This is your chance to ask questions relating to your student experience to our panel members.

The questions we receive will be themed and collated to form part of the facilitated discussion where Jay will ask them to the panel on your behalf.
Any audio or video questions submitted will be included in the final media release on our website and social media.

Your Host
Jay Agbaje, Your Student President, will facilitate the conversation by leading a focused discussion with members of the Student Experience team. The event will offer a platform to explore student-submitted questions alongside key topics of institutional importance.
